Physical Therapists

Jeff Zelenski, PT, MPT, OCS, CFMTJeff Zelenski, PT, MPT, OCS, CFMT
Outpatient Therapy Manager, Physical Therapist

Jeff Zelenski graduated from California State University, San Bernardino, in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology. Jeff also graduated from Loma Linda University with a bachelor’s degree in health science and a master’s degree in physical therapy in 1997. Since that time, he has completed numerous continuing education coursed in the area of orthopedics and manual therapy.

Jeff became a certified Functional Manual Therapist with the Institute of Physical Art with honors in 2004. In 2006, he became a board certified Orthopedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Jeff has been a teacher assistant with Institute of Physical Art, which provided continued education with an emphasis of manual therapy/orthopedics nationally.

In his current position, Jeff manages Enloe Outpatient Therapy Services and sees patients. Jeff and his wife, Christy, who is also a physical therapist, live in Chico with their three children, Kyle, Kelsey, and Kiefer. In his spare time, Jeff coaches his children’s basketball teams.

Outpatient Therapy Supervisor, Physical Therapist

Dustin Krampitz has been with Enloe Medical Center since 2007 and has been around the physical therapy profession since 2000, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Dustin attended Loma Linda University, where he earned his doctorate in physical therapy and was on the Dean’s List. He also earned the Faculty Award for outstanding potential and promise in physical therapy and the Fred B. Moor Award for outstanding clinical performance during training.

Dustin has completed numerous continuing education courses, including certification in functional manual therapy from the Institute of Physical Art with honors in 2008, advanced spinal manipulation, visceral manipulation and neural manipulation from the Barral Institute. Dustin strives to help his patients reach their goals. He is a member of APTA, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) and COMPTSIG. Dustin was an instructor for the Institute of Physical Art, where he taught manual therapy skills to other physical therapy professionals.

Dustin and his wife, Sagan, have a son named Kastyn and a golden Labrador named Mia. The family enjoys camping, hiking and traveling.

Jay Cody Robison, PT, MSPT, OCSJay Cody Robison, PT, MSPT
Outpatient Therapy Supervisor, Physical Therapist

Originally from Cheyenne, Wyo., Jay Cody Robison, combined his interest in sports with science and received his bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science from the University of Wyoming in 1996. He went on to obtain his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 1999. It was there he met his wife.

Following job opportunities and returning to her Northern California roots, Jay Cody reluctantly moved from the Rocky Mountains to the land of fruits and nuts: Chico. Since 1999, Jay Cody has spent his career working in outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Chico area. He has been part of the Enloe Outpatient Therapy team since 2008. Jay Cody has an extensive background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and enjoys delivering quality, compassionate care in a setting that puts patients’ needs first.

He continues to enjoy sports and coaches his two children in soccer and basketball. He also follows the San Francisco Giants and Denver Broncos.

Brad Baber, PT, MPTBrad Baber, PT, MPT
Physical Therapist

Brad Baber graduated from the respected Chapman University in 1996 and began his physical therapy career working in hospital and inpatient rehabilitation settings, but developed a passion for treating orthopedic injuries in the early 2000s.

He has been studying manual therapy techniques since then, receiving most of this instruction from the Institute of Physical Arts. Brad enjoys spending time hiking, camping and playing various sports with his family.

Dr. Spencer Blair, PT, DPTDr. Spencer Blair, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist

Spencer Blair is a native of Fairfield and attended CSU, Chico, where he received a Bachelor of Science in exercise physiology. He continued his education in Los Angeles, earning his doctorate in physical therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. He is also a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

After graduation, Spencer and his wife returned to Chico. He has been with Enloe since 2015. With prior experience in hospital and inpatient rehabilitation settings, Spencer continues to work with patients who have orthopedic and neurological conditions. He loves to teach and is a certified Clinical Instructor through APTA

Spencer is a huge sports fan. He follows the Los Angeles Lakers, San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers. Spencer also enjoys travelling with his wife, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new wineries and eateries.

Dr. Lindy Bouchard, DPT, OCSDr. Lindy Bouchard, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist

Lindy Bouchard is from Kennewick, Wash. She earned a bachelor’s in kinesiology from Washington State University. She earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, Calif. After graduation, Lindy completed the intensive Kaiser Permanente Southern California Orthopedic Residency program and earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist credential. She specializes in orthopedic issues and enjoys helping patients reach their physical therapy goals.

Lindy is a huge Washington State University football fan and attends games with friends and family. She loves exploring the mountains, relaxing, going to the beach, hiking, biking, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with her husband and twin girls.

Dr. Karma Boyer, PT, DPT, COMTDr. Karma Boyer, DPT, COMT
Physical Therapist

Karma Boyer received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Pacific Lutheran University in 1993 and then went on to get a second bachelor’s in physical therapy from the University of Washington in 1997. She left Seattle to work as a contract physical therapist, working in Mississippi, Ohio and South Carolina. After that year, she and her husband chose Chico as their new home, due to the friendly climate and its proximity to the mountains, cities, and a university.

Karma worked as an inpatient physical therapist for three years at Enloe Rehabilitation, working primarily with patients with neurologic conditions. She loved her experience, but also wanted to develop her skills in orthopedic physical therapy, so she transitioned, first working for Enloe at a clinic in Willows and then to a clinic closer to her home. For about 10 years, she worked in outpatient physical therapy, treating a mix of orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

During that time, Karma became a certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars in 2005 and earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2007. She then worked as a home health physical therapist, where she learned to appreciate the challenges that people face in the home.

She returned to Enloe Medical Center in 2015 and is thrilled to be back as an outpatient physical therapist, treating people with both orthopedic and neurologic challenges. Outside of work, she has a small photography business, enjoys traveling, hiking, and eating good food with her husband.

Dr. Randall J. Brown, PT, DPTDr. Randall J. Brown, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Randy Brown has worked at Enloe since 2003. He graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1995 with a bachelor’s in physical therapy and a master’s in health sciences. He obtained his doctorate in physical therapy in 2010 from A.T. Still University.

He also has an engineering degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

Randy grew up in Chico then moved away for 25 years. Randy enjoys travelling with his family and is an avid stamp collector. He enjoys the outdoors, running, coaching and managing road races. He was a contributing author to “The Everything Running Book.”

Dr. Cade Dunbar, PT, DPTDr. Cade Dunbar, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Cade Dunbar started his career at the Enloe Outpatient Clinic in 2011. He received his doctorate in physical therapy from Samuel Merritt University in 2011. Before that, Cade graduated from CSU, Chico, in 2008 with a bachelor’s in exercise physiology.

He enjoys helping patients recover from any type of injury. However, his professional focus is orthopedic conditions. Cade enjoys participating in recreational sports, outdoor activities, and likes to spend as much time as possible with his wife, Ayla, and their dog, Cali.

Erin Edwards, PT, MPTErin Edwards, PT, MPT
Physical Therapist

Erin Edwards attended the University of California, Davis, and graduated with a bachelor’s in physiology in 1987. She received her master’s in physical therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 1994.

Erin has worked at Chico Community Hospital and Enloe Medical Center for 21 years, starting in acute rehab care and later transitioning to outpatient care. She has experience working with people who have suffered strokes, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries. She received a Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation certification and is a certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults.

Erin works extensively with individuals with balance issues and provides comprehensive evaluations for medical equipment. Erin is the mother of three boys. Her oldest is a student at San Diego State University. In her spare time, Erin enjoys exercising and accompanying her husband and two younger boys as they play competitive travel baseball.

Jenni Eller, DPTDr. Jenni Eller, PT, DPT, PRPC
Physical Therapist

Jenni Eller grew up in Oregon and Washington. She completed her undergraduate degree in exercise science at Linfield College, where she played college basketball. Jenni received a doctorate in physical therapy at Regis University in Denver. After graduate school, she worked in a rehabilitation hospital, then transition to outpatient care.

Jenni specializes in pelvic floor, orthopedic and oncological diagnoses for both women and men. Specifically, she focuses on diagnoses related to incontinence, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, vaginismus, interstitial cystitis, endometriosis, post-surgical pelvis and pelvic floor issues, post-oncological surgery and treatment of pelvic floor issues, pre- and post-natal issues and other pelvic floor dysfunction.

She enjoys helping patients return to an active lifestyle. In her free time, Jenni likes spending time with her husband and two daughters, going to the park, running, doing Barre3, and cuddling with her Rhodesian Ridgeback senior dog.

Dr. Joe Griffith, PT, DPTDr. Joe Griffith, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist

Joe Griffith received a bachelor’s in exercise biology and a minor in psychology from UC Davis, and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. He received advanced training in manual therapy and his clinical training includes working with high school, college, and professional athletes.

Joe worked in San Diego and Humboldt counties before coming to Enloe. He has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of orthopedic injuries, as well as pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. He has expanded his training in orthopedic rehabilitation by studying with some of the top practitioners and educators in the world.

Joe’s interest in physical therapy began as an injured high school athlete. He enjoys working with athletes and non-athletes, alike, to help them achieve their physical goals. Outside of work, Joe has coached local basketball teams and participates in recreational athletics.

Dr. Kelsey Hall, PT, DPTDr. Kelsey Hall, DPT
Physical Therapist

Kelsey Hall has been with Enloe since 2016. She attended the University of Evansville, where she received a bachelor’s in exercise and sport science. Later, she earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Missouri State University.

After graduation, Kelsey moved away from the Midwest and landed in the great city of Chico. Kelsey works primarily with the neurologic and vestibular patients. In March of 2016, she received competency in vestibular rehabilitation. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys discovering the beauty of Northern California.

Eric M. Hitchcock, PT, MSPT, CFMTEric M. Hitchcock, MSPT, CFMT, CMPT
Physical Therapist

Eric Hitchcock has worked for Enloe Medical Center since 1996. He received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in 1993. 

He also trained with some of the most skilled manual therapists in the country to achieve his Certified Functional Manual Therapist designation from the Institute of Physical Art in 2007. Eric has significant post-professional training in spinal manipulation through the Spinal Manipulation Institute. In 2020 he received his Certified Manual Physical Therapist designation from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

He loves working with his patients and with co-workers he highly respects. He is a big fan of mixed martial arts and Ronda Rousey.

Dr. Alexa Janicki, DPT, IPNFADr. Alexa Janicki, DPT, IPNFA
Physical Therapist

Alexa Janicki graduated from CSU, Chico, in 2012 with a bachelor’s in exercise physiology. She graduated from CSU, Sacramento, in 2015 with a doctorate in physical therapy.

Alexa has worked with both orthopedic and neurologic patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings. She completed a residency program at Kaiser Permanente’s Vallejo Medical Center studying the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation technique (PNF), an approach developed in the 1940s for patients with neurological diagnoses.

Additionally, Alexa is a certified yoga teacher and is eager to provide education and personalized treatments to help patients achieve their goals.

Dr. Ray Klepper, PT, DPTDr. Ray Klepper, PT, DPT, CSCS
Physical Therapist

Ray Klepper has been part of the Enloe Outpatient Therapy Services team since 2015 and has been a licensed physical therapist in Butte County since 2012. In 2007 he received a bachelor’s degree in human development from UC Davis. Ray received a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2012. During his time there, he excelled at advanced manual therapy for both the spine and extremities.

In the past few years, Ray has focused on learning more about the different manual therapy approaches and is pursuing a certification in Functional Manual Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art. He enjoys working with all patients and helping them with the issues they may face, including orthopedic and neurological problems and chronic pain.

In his free time, Ray loves spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys cooking, golf, outdoor activities and sports.

Dr. Allyson Kotalik, PT, DPTDr. Allyson Kotalik, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Physical Therapist

Allyson Kotalik received a Bachelor of Sport Science degree in exercise physiology and psychology and a doctorate in physical therapy from Ohio University. There she received the Director’s Award for scholarship and social service. After graduating in 2010, Ally moved to Chico. She began an 18 month APTA-accredited residency program with Evidence in Motion in orthopedic specialization to increase her manual therapy skills and diversify treatment strategies through study with leading researchers from around the country. Allyson worked in private practice, acute care and home health settings before coming to Enloe for inpatient rehabilitation in 2014.

In 2015, she transitioned to outpatient care. In 2019, she pursued advanced certification and became a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. In 2021, she completed training with Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship and was granted fellow status from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, FAAOMPT. Fellowship training is completed by less than 1 percent of physical therapists and emphasizes leadership, advanced clinical reasoning in orthopedic management and manual therapy skills.

Ally’s passion is helping patients improve the quality of their lives and reach their patient specific goals. She is passionate about continued learning, mentorship and development of the physical therapy profession. She regularly attends state, local and national level conferences and courses and enjoys working with students.

Ally enjoys all outdoor activities and exploring physical, mental and emotional wellness. She enjoys functional fitness, mountain biking, kayaking, SUPing, hiking, yoga and many other activities. She loves a good book, a dog and warm cup of coffee. She is always looking for a good challenge and enjoys adventures with her friends and family. She is an avid Ohio State fan and loves the Olympics.

Lisa Lamberti, MPTLisa Lamberti, MPT
Physical Therapist

Lisa Lamberti has been working at Enloe since 2005. She earned her Master of Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s in Los Angeles after graduating from CSU, Chico, with a bachelor’s in exercise physiology. Soon after earning her master's, Lisa attended continuing education courses at Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine for more training in manual medicine and cranio-sacral therapy.

For over 15 years, Lisa has been using these techniques to treat people of all ages, including infants as young as 2 weeks old. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys playing outdoors and cooking delicious food with her two sons and husband.

Dr. Erik Otterlei, PT, DPT, SCSDr. Erik Otterlei, MPT, DPT, SCS
Physical Therapist

Dr. Erik Otterlei is a native of Union City. He attended CSU, Chico, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in exercise physiology in 1999 before receiving his Master of Physical Therapy degree from CSU, Sacramento, in 2003. Erik has been at Enloe since 2005, serving as both a team lead physical therapist in the acute rehabilitation setting and as a staff therapist in the outpatient department at the Enloe Rehabilitation Center.

In 2013, Erik earned his doctorate in physical therapy from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Arizona. Erik has an extensive therapy background, working with both orthopedic and neurologic patients who have suffered strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, vestibular dysfunction, and other ailments.

When he’s not at work, Erik enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, fishing, and mentoring and coaching youth athletics.

Dr. Christian Peterson, DPTDr. Christian Peterson, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Physical Therapist

Christian Peterson earned a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Puget Sound. He helps patients rehabilitate from orthopedic conditions and believes in empowering patients by creating a therapeutic alliance between himself and his patients.

Christian has worked primarily in outpatient care, but has experience in skilled nursing, home health and a variety of other settings. Christian is board certified in Orthopedics and recently completed a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the Kaiser Hayward Program.

Dr. Jake Premis, PT, DPTDr. Jake Premis, DPT
Physical Therapist

Jake Premis has worked at Enloe since 2011. Jake earned his doctorate in physical therapy at the respected Missouri State University. He earned his bachelor’s in education from the University of Kansas. Jake primarily works with orthopedic patients and is a certified clinical instructor.

In his spare time, Jake enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, barbecuing and watching sports. He particularly likes the Kansas Jayhawks, the Kansas City Royals and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dr. Greg Retzer, PT, DPT, OCSDr. Greg Retzer, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist

Greg Retzer has been part of the Enloe team since 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Union College in 2004. After six years in the Marine Corps Reserve and a short bout as a sworn police officer in Red Bluff, Greg found his passion for physical therapy. He went on to complete his doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda University in 2009.

Greg has worked in a private practice physical therapy clinic, mastering his skills in orthopedics and became a board certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 2016. He is also a credentialed clinical instructor through APTA. Greg’s interest in physical therapy began as a patient after having multiple knee surgeries and seeing how important it is to regaining mobility.

Greg enjoys working in orthopedic and sports settings and has worked with the Chico Outlaws and Chico Heat baseball teams. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, photography, drawing, and rooting for the San Jose Sharks, San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers.

Dr. Rebecca Schneider, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPTDr. Rebecca Schneider, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Physical Therapist

Dr. Rebecca Schneider is a Bay Area native. She received a bachelor’s in exercise science from UC Davis and a doctorate in physical therapy from Samuel Merritt University. Rebecca practiced in the Bay Area before coming to Enloe.

She has advanced training in manual therapy and orthopedics, having completed an orthopedic residency program, and is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through APTA. She is a Fellow through Kaiser with an emphasis in orthopedic manual physical therapy. Her clinical training includes working with high school, college and professional athletes.

Rebecca has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of orthopedic injuries, as well as additional training in specific dysfunctions related to women’s health. She is an active member of APTA and teaches and mentors other physical therapists. Rebecca’s interest in physical therapy began as an injured middle school athlete, and she continues to enjoy working with athletes and non-athletes, alike. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, watching sports, traveling, and hiking with her husband, Matt, and their dog, Samson.

Jon Sites, PT, MPTJon Sites, BS, MPT
Physical Therapist

Jon Sites received his master’s in physical therapy in Philadelphia from Hahnemann University in 1990. After working in a large teaching hospital in North Carolina and then on the Navajo Nation in Arizona, he moved to Chico in 1997.

At Enloe, Jon has focused on orthopedic manual therapy, receiving most of his training from the Institute of Physical Art. Jon enjoys camping, hiking, gardening, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Kitty Sos, PT, MPT, GCS, NCS, CEEAAKitty Sos, PT, MPT, GCS, NCS, CEEAA
Physical Therapist

Kitty Sos attended UC Davis, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in animal physiology in 1989 before receiving a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1991. Kitty has been with Enloe for 24 years. She started working in 1991 at the Chico Community Hospital Rehabilitation Center and continued with Enloe Medical Center as the department carried over to Enloe.

Kitty has 10 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation and has worked as a supervisor in acute rehabilitation. She has been in outpatient therapy for 14 years. Kitty is a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist and a board certified Neurological Clinical Specialist. She is one of only 107 Neurological Clinical Specialists and 72 Geriatric Clinical Specialists in California.

Kitty has extensive knowledge of vestibular issues and has received Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation. She also has certification as a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults, extensive background and certification in Manual Lymphedema Treatment – LeDuc Method, and has worked extensively with cancer patients.

Kitty also works with neurologic patients who have suffered strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic progressive neurological disease, vestibular dysfunction, balance issues and more. She also does equipment ordering for custom manual and powered wheelchair and seating evaluations.

Outside of Enloe, Kitty enjoys spending time with her family, house boating, and competitive wakesurfing with her husband and two daughters. She is also very active mentoring and coaching youth sports. Kitty is an active member of APTA and special interest groups in neurology, geriatrics and oncology.

Dr. Matt Thomason, DPT, OCS, CFMT, FFMT, FAAOMPT, CMPTDr. Matt Thomason, DPT, OCS, CFMT, FFMT, FAAOMPT
Physical Therapist

Matt Thomason is a native of South Carolina, where he graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s in financial management and the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He practiced physical therapy in White Plains, N.Y., while his wife completed her education as a physical therapist. While there, he was introduced to the Institute of Physical Art and its philosophy of Functional Manual Therapy. Eventually, Matt and his wife moved to South Carolina so he could train under Tim Crunk, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, CFMT, FAAOMPT, as a part of the IPA Orthopaedic Functional Manual Therapy Residency program.

Later, Matt became a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and a Certified Functional Manual Therapist through the Institute of Physical Art, passing the required examination with distinction. Matt and his wife moved to Steamboat Springs, Colo., so he could complete a Fellowship of Functional Manual Therapy under the direction of Gregory Johnson, PT, FFCFMT, FAAOMPT, and Brent Yamashita PT, FFMT, FAAOMPT. Afterward, Matt was recognized as a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapists.

Currently, Matt is pursuing additional advanced certification with the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. In addition to practicing physical therapy, Matt travels the country to teach continuing education with Comprehensive Manual Therapy Seminars and the Institute of Physical Art. He lives in Chico with his wife and two sons.

Dr. Rachael Thomason, PT, DPTDr. Rachael Thomason, DPT
Physical Therapist

Rachael Thomason received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 2005. She then ventured to New York to study physical therapy at New York Medical College. She graduated in 2009 with her doctorate in physical therapy.

Rachael has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedics, home health and in-hospital care. Her main focus now is outpatient orthopedics and women’s health. She has taken several continuing education courses in treating pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pre/postnatal problems and biofeedback.

Currently, Rachael works in Enloe’s outpatient rehabilitation department and at Enloe’s main campus. She lives in Chico with her husband, Matt, who is also a physical therapist, and their two sons, Luke and John. In her spare time, Rachael enjoys running, taking her boys to the creek and parks, and exploring Chico.

Nell Weast, MPTNell Weast, MPT
Physical Therapist

Nell Weast graduated from CSU, Chico, in 1993. She pursued a post-graduate license in dietetics at Oregon Health & Science University and received a master’s in physical therapy at Wichita State University. She joined Enloe in 2000.

Nell gained her manual skills primarily through Stanley Paris and the Institute of Physical Art. She is continuing her education with Upledger Institute International and Michigan State University in advanced craniosacral therapy. She works with a variety of patients and takes pride in helping them reach their goals. Nell and her husband, Jeff, have two sons. Occupational Therapists

Dr. Saisha Costello-Houghton, OTR/LDr. Saisha Costello-Houghton, OTR/L, CHT
Occupational Therapist

Saisha Costello-Houghton earned a degree in anthropology from UCLA, where she participated extensively in anthropological research. Saisha received a doctorate in occupational therapy from Pacific University in Oregon in 2017. She completed clinical internships in early intervention, acute care and occupational therapy.

Her doctoral project targeted program development to support the mental health of refugees and was undertaken to address unmet needs in two states. During her graduate studies, Saisha was accepted into Enloe’s Earn-to-Learn program. She joined the Enloe team in 2017.

Saisha has additional credentialing for Advanced Practice in Physical Agent Modalities and Hand Therapy. During her free time, Saisha enjoys hiking, swimming, yoga, camping, gardening, fine art and listening to a variety of music.

Megan Kester, MOT, OTRMegan Kester, MOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Megan Kester received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from CSU, Sacramento, in 2013. She studied occupational therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. During her time there, Megan worked with a variety of clinicians in a variety of settings.

Megan completed an internship in inpatient rehab to develop the skills necessary to help patients return to their normal activities. She also completed an internship in hand therapy.

Megan joined Enloe in 2017. She continues to develop her skills, attending the ASHT national conference. She enjoys camping, hiking, swimming and going on adventures.

Hillary Premis, OTR/L, CHTHillary Premis, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Hillary Premis received her Bachelor of Science in life sciences from Indiana State University. She received her master’s in occupational therapy from the University of Indianapolis. During her last year of graduate school, she completed her fieldwork at the prestigious Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. She was recruited by Enloe Medical Center as a part of the Earn-to-Learn program. In 2010, she relocated to Chico and began working at Enloe.

Hillary is a certified Saebo Clinician and is able to custom fit and train individuals on how to use Saebo orthotic devices to increase functional use of their hands. In addition, she has her Advanced Practice in Hand Therapy as well as Physical Agent Modalities.

Hillary has completed extensive continuing education training in multiple areas consisting of stroke, brain injury, neurological deficits, pediatrics - sensory integration issues and hand therapy. She enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, biking and kayaking.

Meredith Velazquez, OTR/LMeredith Velazquez, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Meredith Velazquez received a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of South Florida. She earned a master’s in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine. During her last year of graduate school, Meredith completed her fieldwork at Brooks Rehabilitation Center working with neurological patients, then she did a pediatric rotation.

Since graduating, Meredith has gained experience in the skilled nursing, assisted living, home health and pediatric settings. She has completed extensive continuing education training in pediatrics sensory integration, neurological conditions and aquatic therapy.

Meredith enjoys hiking, paddle boarding and spending time with loved ones, including her dog, Ranger.

Speech Therapists

Alexandra Scott-Jeltch, MA, CCC-SLPAlexandra Scott-Jeltch, MA, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist

Allie Scott-Jeltch earned a master’s degree in speech and language pathology from CSU, Chico. She is certified by the American Speech–Language–Hearing Association (ASHA) and has worked with children and adults.

Allie has extensive experience in speech (articulation, phonology, phonemic awareness and childhood apraxia of speech), voice, stuttering, language (auditory comprehension, verbal expression and social skills), feeding, and swallowing interventions. She is trained in manual therapy and oral placement therapy to treat sensorimotor impairments of speech and feeding skills.

Allie is pursing the use of Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies for pediatric patients. She provides individualized treatment and encourages families to participate. Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her pets, going to concerts and playing golf.

Amber Vistart, M.A., CCC-SLPAmber Vistart, MA, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist

Amber Vistart has been with Enloe since 2010. Amber earned a master’s degree in speech and language pathology from CSU, Chico, and is certified by ASHA. Amber has extensive experience with swallowing disorders and is certified in use of the Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile.

In addition to use of standardized assessment tools for swallowing, Amber has experience in myofascial release and other manual techniques for swallowing impairments. She is working on becoming a board certified Specialist in Swallowing. In addition to dysphagia therapy, Amber provides high-quality, personally tailored speech and language rehabilitation, cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation, fluency therapy, and voice rehabilitation for adults and children.

Amber is actively involved in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and encourages use of balanced nutrition options, which aids in her providing quality, enjoyable food choices when alternative diet textures are recommended due to a swallowing impairment. Amber is an advocate for functional based therapy that is personalized to meet patients’ goals and welcomes family involvement whenever possible.

Physical Therapy Assistants

Rusty Beeny, PTARusty Beeny, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Rusty Beeny was born in Chico and raised in Paradise, where he lived until the Camp Fire. He attended CSU, Chico, where he studied exercise physiology, nutrition and psychology. Rusty joined the Enloe team in 2012 as a rehab aide in acute, rehab and outpatient therapy care.

In 2018 he graduated from Sacramento City College and received his license as a physical therapy assistant and became a physical therapy assistant at Enloe. Rusty enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities.
