What is this?

EnloeAnywhere offers a convenient way to get medical guidance from the comfort of your home or anywhere you may be, using your computer or smartphone.

How can I use EnloeAnywhere?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Request an appointment using the EnloeAnywhere app found in the Apple Store or Google Play Store, or by going to enloeanywhere.enloe.org.
  2. A doctor will call you back shortly after your appointment request and conduct a virtual visit with you.

Doctors are available 24 hours a day, and the average call back time is 15 minutes.

Services Available

What can I contact EnloeAnywhere about?

The caregivers at EnloeAnywhere can help you with a variety of needs, including care for a:

  • Cold
  • Sore throat
  • Ear ache
  • Cut
  • Skin rash or infection
  • Sprain, strain or possible fracture
  • And similar issues

However, if your symptoms are life-threatening, please call 911 immediately. These include chest pain, extreme shortness of breath, sudden numbness or loss of coordination, serious head injury, burns, uncontrolled bleeding and severe abdominal pain.

What can I expect?

A caregiver will call you back about 15 minutes after you request an appointment. The caregiver will listen, evaluate you and provide medical guidance.

With your consent, the caregiver will also provide information about your telehealth visit to your primary care physician.

Do I have to do anything before my first virtual visit?

Yes, before your first virtual visit, you should set up your account online or on the app and then complete a brief medical history. This will help your doctor treat or advise you better.

Can I have a virtual video visit from anywhere?

EnloeAnywhere telehealth visits are available to patients who are physically located anywhere in the United States.

How can I cancel a visit once I put myself in line?

If you need to cancel your virtual visit, simply click the Cancel Appointment button. You will be asked to note the reason for your cancellation and will need to click the Confirm Cancellation button.

What if I need help scheduling an appointment?

If you need assistance, please call 855-212-2579 and our team will walk you through the process.

Will I receive a summary of my virtual visit?

Yes, EnloeAnywhere will provide you with a summary of your visit.

Will you share my diagnosis and information from my virtual visit with my primary care provider?

With your consent, we are happy to provide information about your virtual visit to your primary care physician.

What if I am sent to the Emergency department or Prompt Care for an in-person visit during my EnloeAnywhere virtual visit?

If a caregiver directs you to the Enloe Emergency department or to Prompt Care for an in-person visit, please go to the facility to check in.

How will I be billed?

You will be billed a flat fee of $49 for EnloeAnywhere visits. Your insurance will not be billed.
