A donor advised fund (DAF) is a fund you create by making an irrevocable gift to the Enloe Foundation of cash or securities. A DAF is a simple, flexible and efficient way to manage charitable giving. Contact the Enloe Foundation to learn how you can establish a DAF with a simple document.
If you have a donor advised fund with another provider, please consider making a distribution to the Enloe Foundation or listing us as a final beneficiary.
Please use the following sample language as a guide for gifts by will, trust or beneficiary designation: “I give $ (amount) to Enloe Health Foundation, Tax ID Number 94-2985552. 1531 Esplanade, Chico CA 95926, to be used for (purpose).”
If you are older than 70 ½, you can make a charitable rollover gift using your required minimum IRA distribution. Use this Qualified Charitable Distribution letter.
You may also name the Enloe Foundation as a beneficiary of the remainder of your retirement assets after your lifetime.
