To keep you, our caregivers, and our patients safe, Enloe is asking patients and visitors to let our staff know if they are experiencing COVID symptoms, such as:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Fatigue
  • Body aches
  • Headaches
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • A sore throat
  • Congestion or a runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Updating Practices

At Enloe, we have also:

  • Reduced the number of entrances
  • Implemented a temporary visitation policy based on recommendations from regulatory agencies
  • Canceled several community events and support group gatherings
  • Added more ways to stay in touch with loved ones through virtual visitation option
  • And more

COVID-19 Explained

COVID-19 causes fever, cough and shortness of breath. Older adults and those with chronic medical conditions are at higher risk.

The best way to prevent the spread of the illness and other respiratory diseases is to:

  • Get vaccinated. Make your appointment or walk in
  • Wash your hands with soap and water often
  • Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Stay home if you are sick
