Use Your Cloth Mask Correctly

Not sure how to use and care for your cloth face mask? Follow these tips.

• Ensure your mask covers your nose and chin.
• Wash your hands before and after touching the mask.
• Determine which side is the inside of your mask and wear it that way until you wash the mask again.
• If you touch your mask, wash your hands immediately. When putting on or removing your mask, only touch the straps that keep the mask secure.
• Do not eat or drink while wearing your mask.
• Wash and dry your mask every day.
• When you’re not wearing your mask, store it in a clean container, such as a plastic or paper bag.
