Now that you've learned how to protect your spine by moving properly we want to incorporate these principles into all your daily activities.

When you're at the kitchen sink washing dishes, don't lean over in a way that puts your back in a bad position.

Another common activity that can cause stress to your back is sweeping or vacuuming. When you're sweeping or vacuuming, don't keep your legs still. Always make sure you're bending your legs.
