Employee Assistance Program

The Enloe Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an employee benefit run by Optum. It offers services and online tools to help with emotional health issues and everyday challenges.

The EAP benefit covers three visits per incident. These counseling sessions can be in person, on the phone or online.

For immediate crisis support, call OPTUM at 866-248-4096, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

General Counseling Services

The Enloe Health medical plans cover counseling services when there’s a medical diagnosis. EAP also offers counseling services, including services not covered by the medical plans. This may include marriage and family therapist visits and bereavement counseling. Learn more with these resources:

Teladoc Health is a telemedicine and virtual health care service. A virtual visit costs a $10 copay for Enloe employees and their dependents covered under the Classic and Value plans.

Submitting a Claim for Reimbursement

    If an out-of-network provider does not accept insurance billing, you can submit a claim for reimbursement under your Enloe Health plan by submitting a claim form:
