Employee Assistance Program

Enloe’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an employee benefit run by Managed Health Network (MHN). It offers services and online tools to help with emotional health issues and everyday challenges.

The EAP benefit covers three visits per incident. A visit can be in-person, by phone and/or online counseling sessions.

Immediate Crisis Support

For immediate crisis support, call MHN at 1-800-535-4985, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

General Counseling Services

The Enloe medical plans cover counseling services when there is a medical diagnosis. EAP also offers counseling services, including services not covered by the medical plans. This may include marriage and family therapist visits and bereavement counseling.

Employee Assistance Program

You can access online articles, workbooks, instructional videos, a well-being assessment and more on MHN's website. You will need Enloe’s company code to log in to the website. It is available on Inside Enloe’s HR & Recruiting page, which you can access at work.

Employees can call HealthNow to determine whether a diagnosis is covered under Enloe’s plans. If a diagnosis is covered under an Enloe plan, please refer to your specific plan summary below for coverage details.

Submitting a Claim for Reimbursement

If an out-of-network provider does not accept insurance billing, you can submit a claim for reimbursement under your Enloe plan by doing one of the following:

  1. Upload the claim on myhnas.com or
  2. Email them to hnas.enloe@hnas.com

When submitting a claim, it is important that all necessary information is provided. This includes:

  • Member name and identification number
  • Date of service
  • Procedure code
  • Diagnosis code
  • Billed amount
  • Provider name
  • Member address
  • Member phone number
  • Member tax identification number
