Access to EnloeAnywhere

Enloe employees and their dependents enrolled in an Enloe medical plan can talk with a doctor from anywhere, anytime, for $10 a visit. For details on the service and how to get started, visit www.enloe.org/enloeanywhere.

Need a Verification of Benefits Statement?

Go to myhnas.com, the Health Now Administrative Services (HNAS) portal. Log on and download a current benefits statement. Are you a new hire or are you making changes during Open Enrollment? Future-dated statements are available on my.adp.com once you have completed your enrollment. Future-dated changes will not show in the Health Now page.

Need an Explanation of Benefits?

To get your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), call the insurance companies and request new hard copies, or log on to their websites to print them.

Need an RX receipt?

To get prescription receipts, you can go to your pharmacy and request a summary printout for the year. Or you can log on to the pharmacy company website and print it from there. Visit our Pharmacy Benefits page for the website link and more information.

What is Tax Form 1095?

Form 1095 is the new IRS tax form required by the Affordable Care Act. You will need to keep this form for your records. It contains benefits-related information, and it is mailed to employees at the end of January.
