Kristy Hunter graduated from Missouri State University in 2018 with a Master of Occupational Therapy. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and exercise science from Missouri State University in 2015.

Kristy moved to California in 2019 as a traveling occupational therapist, gaining experience across the continuum of care, including acute care, skilled nursing, outpatient and home health.

Today, Kristy leverages this diverse experience at Enloe Health, primarily working with patients affected by neurological conditions, such as strokes, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease and Guillain-Barre syndrome. She also assists patients facing other challenges, including autoimmune conditions and age- or illness-related deconditioning.

Kristy believes in putting the fun in functional and values a strong patient-therapist relationship to maximize potential.

In her free time, Kristy enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for her pets and plants, quilting, and traveling.
