Karma Boyer has over 26 years of experience in physical therapy and has cared for patients at Enloe Health for over 14 years. She specializes in helping people with neurological and orthopedic challenges achieve their goals.

She earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2007, a certification in orthopedic manual physical therapy through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars in 2005, a bachelor’s in physical therapy from the University of Washington in 1997 and a bachelor’s in biology from Pacific Lutheran University in 1993. She also passed the exam to become a neurologic clinical specialist in 2024.

Karma first joined Enloe Health in 1998, working as an inpatient physical therapist for three years and transitioning to orthopedic physical therapy. She returned to Enloe in 2015 after gaining a wealth of experience caring for patients in several settings, including outpatient and home health care.

Outside work, Karma has a small photography business and enjoys traveling, hiking, backpacking, snuggling with her kitties, and eating good food with her husband.
