Anastacia Snyder Lando is the Secretary of the Enloe Health Board of Trustees. Anastacia is a seasoned nonprofit executive and community leader with over two decades of experience serving the Chico region. As Executive Director of Catalyst Domestic Violence Services since 2001, Anastacia has overseen agency operations, developed vital programs in housing, counseling, and legal services, and led strategic planning and fund development efforts.
Her leadership extends to numerous local and statewide organizations, including serving as Chair of the Butte Countywide Homeless Continuum of Care, Board Chair of the Chico Chamber of Commerce, and Vice Chair of the Chico Rotary Foundation. Anastacia’s expertise in policy, advocacy, and community relations has made her a trusted voice in advancing public health and safety initiatives.
Anastacia’s commitment to service is reflected in her extensive volunteer work and professional achievements. She has contributed to statewide advisory councils, participated in national policy advocacy, and received recognition such as the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Women’s Center at Chico State. With a background in English and psychology, and master’s coursework from Chico State, Anastacia brings strong critical thinking, strategic vision, and collaborative skills to the Board of Trustees. Her deep appreciation for Enloe Health’s role in the community, combined with her experience in nonprofit leadership and advocacy, positions her as a valuable contributor to the organization’s mission and future.
