- Engage in run reviews using a professional approach that promotes learning, accountability, and team growth without assigning blame.
- Analyze EMS/ED case elements — including assessment, interventions and communication — to improve clinical judgment, protocol adherence, and team coordination during future calls.
- Identify potential sources of implicit bias in decision-making and apply strategies to ensure equitable, person-centered care across diverse populations.
