These free sessions are open to all patients, caregivers and survivors of serious illness. Attend to:
- Explore skills you can practice to feel better.
- Find inspiration.
- Take time to reflect in the company of others who want to help you thrive.
The group usually meets on the second Thursday of every month in person and on Zoom from 4:30-5:45 p.m. and on the fourth Thursday of every month in person from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
