- Use the eight-step approach to 12-lead interpretation.
- Understand how 12-lead and advanced interpretation can improve patient care.
- Be able to perform appropriate 12-lead placement and locate key features of correct conduction tracing.
- Recognize the key factors in correct 12-lead recordings and appropriate changes based on age, gender, and known health conditions.
- Use this recognition to expedite appropriate changes in lead placement and advanced notification of advanced care.
