Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Enloe Health and our affiliated providers will no longer contract with Anthem Medicare Advantage. Plus, Anthem will exit the Medicare Advantage market in Butte and Glenn counties and surrounding areas on Dec. 31, 2025.
