- Describe the orientation process and key components (OCATs, ACAT, OAK modules).
- Apply strategies to identify and adapt to different learning styles for effective training.
- Demonstrate proper documentation for competency assessments and evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and communicate concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
- Implement best practices for preceptorship, including modeling behaviors, encouraging questions and reinforcing organizational core values.
