At the end of the class, the participant will be able to:
- Develop an understanding of personal growth and how it can enhance your leadership skills.
- Identify four obstacles or barriers you perceive when you consider your own personal growth.
- Identify at least one personal goal and one professional goal and the steps you will take to achieve these goals.
- Identify four ways you can grow from painful experience.
- Recognize ways that improving communication skills can help us connect in a very diverse population.
Continuing Education

- BRN: Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, CEP #000180, for the number of hours indicated.
- RCP: This course meets the requirements for CE for RCPs in California.
