Enloe Foundation Board of Directors

The Enloe Foundation is governed by dedicated community members who volunteer their time and service, reaching out to our community, sharing the story of Enloe Medical Center, and helping create connections between potential donors and the medical center programs that benefit from their support.

Volunteer Members

Judy Sitton, Chair
Judy Sitton is a retired Executive Vice President for the software company she co-founded, SunGard Bi-Tech. She also taught elementary school locally for 10 years and is known for supporting community organizations, including Gateway Science Museum’s Community Advisory Board, California State University, Chico’s, Leaders’ Honor Society and Women In Touch. Judy has given tremendously to Enloe, providing governance through the Board of Trustees for more than 10 years and has helped lead Enloe’s journey to Planetree Gold Certification for Excellence in Patient-Centered Care.

Jim Stevens, Vice Chair
Jim Stevens is the Principal/Owner of NorthStar Engineering, a Chico company for 30 years. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Chico Noon Rotary Club and is an appointed member of the City of Chico Mayor’s Advisory Board and General Plan Advisory Committee, as well as of the Chico Area Recreation and Park District’s Master Plan Citizen’s Advisory Committee. Jim is also a member of the Chico Police Department Business Support Team and Team Patrick, which facilitates development of Patrick Ranch into a museum and community event facility.

Christie Chrysler, Secretary
Christie Chrysler is a community volunteer leader who previously served as a Playhouse Project Chair. She currently serves on the Women In Touch Committee. Joining as a board member in 2009, Christie served as the Co-Chair of the 2010 Enloe Gala Committee and served on the 2013 and 2016 Enloe Gala Committee. Christie is also a leader at the Turner Print Museum.

Craig Duncan 
Craig Duncan is Chair of the Enloe Board of Trustees. He is a partner with K·Coe Isom, LLP, and has provided tax advice to business clients in several industries since 1975. Craig is a member of several professional accounting associations and is involved in the leadership of many local community organizations. He has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from CSU, Sacramento.

Tom Hughes
Tom Hughes is Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits for InterWest Insurance Services, LLC. He became a board member in 2012. Tom serves on the Enloe Foundation Golf Committee. Tom is a member of the Chico Noon Rotary Club, Chairman of the Chico Community Scholarship Association and a leader at Bidwell Presbyterian Church. He and his wife, Kristy, live in Chico and have three children.

Mark Kimmelshue
Mark Kimmelshue is a local farmer and General Manager/CEO for Associated Rice Marketing Cooperative (ARMCO), a company he co-founded. He became a board member in 2012. Mark serves on several local boards and is a member of the Durham Exchange Club. He lives in Durham with wife, Diane, and they have two children.

Melisse Larrabee
Melisse Larrabee is a shareholder in Pantaleoni Ranch, Inc. and a partner in Butte Vista Orchards. She joined the board in 2006 and was Secretary/Treasurer in 2007 and 2008. She currently serves on the Enloe Foundation Golf Tournament Committee, and was Chair in 2008. Melisse was also Chair of Enloe 2000 in 1995. Melisse has served as a leader at Bidwell Presbyterian Church and Butte Creek Country Club.

Tom Martin
Tom Martin farms almonds and is retired as President of Durham Pump, Inc. Joining the board in 2006, Tom was the Tri-Chair of the New Beginning Campaign and a former Vice Chair of the board. Tom’s various services to the community include leadership on the board of Northern California Farm Credit, Chico Noon Rotary and the President's Advisory Board at CSU, Chico.

Mary McGowan Anderson 
Mary McGowan Anderson was born and raised in Chico. She has been a realtor with Coldwell Banker DuFour Realty for over 25 years and a partner in Dos Arboles, Inc., a family run prune and pistachio ranch. Mary became a member of the board in 2019. She is currently serving on the Sierra North Valley Association of Realtors board and has served on the boards for the Chico High School Foundation and Sunsweet Growers, Inc. Mary received a bachelor's in ag economics from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Business Administration in ag business from Santa Clara University.

Susan R. Minasian
Susan Minasian is retired from a career in law in both the corporate and government sectors. She became a member of the board in 2009  and served on the 2016 Enloe Foundation Gala Committee. She served on the Enloe Medical Center Finance Committee and the 2010 Enloe Gala Committee. Susan is currently a member of the City of Chico Planning Commission and an active participant with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Chico.

James Moore, M.D.
James Moore, M.D., is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician who has been practicing in the Enloe Emergency department since 2012. He joined the board in 2016. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 2006 and completed his residency at UCLA in 2011. He obtained his MPH in health management and policy at the University of Michigan. He and his wife, Jennifer, are raising their daughter here in Chico.

Paul L. Moore, Ph.D.
Paul Moore joined the board in April 2018. He is a retired Vice President of CSU, Chico, where he worked from 1988 to 2004. Over the years he has actively given back to the community, through Chico Noon Rotary, the Far West Heritage Association and Butte County Grand Jury. Paul has also been a friend to Enloe, serving since 2015 as a member of the Cardiovascular Care Center Campaign Committee, a group that drives fundraising for an expansion of heart services.

Nicole Plottel, CELA
Nicole Plottel is the Managing Attorney of Harris & Plottel, LLP, specializing in estate planning, trusts and elder law. Nicole became a member of the board in 2014 and is on the Women In Touch Committee. She currently serves on the Community Advisory Board for the Gateway Science Museum and actively participates with the State Bar of California, Trusts and Estates Section. She volunteers much of her time with the local Alzheimer’s Association and is a long-standing member of PEO. Born at Enloe, Nicole and her husband are the proud parents of two sons, who were also born at Enloe.

Audrey Tennis
Audrey Tennis is on the Board of Directors of Mid Valley Title & Escrow Company and is Co-owner in the Lance and Audrey Tennis Farming Partnership. Audrey joined the board in 2016. A long-time supporter of Enloe, she has served as a Chairwoman and committee member of the Enloe Foundation Golf Tournament. Audrey received a bachelor’s degree in physical education from CSU, Chico, and has lived in Chico since 1968. Among her prior activities, Audrey was a founding director of Golden Valley Bank and has served in leadership positions with the Member President's Advisory Board at CSU, Chico, the California Water Commission, several agricultural organizations and foundations, and at the Evangelical Free Church's Women's Ministries.

 

Jolene Francis, FAHP, CFRE, Director of Advancement & Communications
Since 1979, Jolene Francis has enjoyed a professional career in both for-profit and nonprofit industries of Chico. Born at Enloe Medical Center, she feels at home guiding the activities of the Enloe Foundation as Enloe's Director of Advancement & Communications. After a 28-year career in the financial services industry, she spent three years as President and CEO of the Chico Chamber of Commerce, furthering the mission of economic development and business advocacy. In her current role, she works closely with a prestigious group of volunteer board members and generous community supporters, focused on gathering charitable gifts to help improve the programs, equipment and facilities at Enloe Medical Center. Jolene earned her CFRE certification (Certified Fund Raising Executive) in August 2016. During her career, she has been honored with several awards and recognition, including the Soroptimist International Women Helping Women Award, the Athena Award for women’s business excellence from the Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals Organization Mentor of the Year award.

Connie Rowe, RN, Vice President of Patient Care Services
Connie Rowe is Enloe Medical Center’s Vice President of Patient Care Services, where she is responsible for all aspects of patient care, policies, procedures and quality. She became a board member in 2012. Connie serves on the Women In Touch Committee, Enloe Foundation Scholarship Committee, the Board of Directors of the Work Training Center and is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE).

Mike Wiltermood, Chief Executive Officer
Mike Wiltermood joined Enloe Medical Center as Chief Operating Officer in 2007, prior to becoming CEO in 2009. In this capacity, he serves as an ex-officio member of the Enloe Foundation Board of Directors and the Enloe Medical Center Board of Trustees. Mike has extensive experience in the health care field and is currently working to complete his doctorate in organizational leadership at Gonzaga University.

Kevin Woodward, Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Woodward joined Enloe Medical Center in December 2010 as the director of Finance. His prior experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Fremont-Rideout Health Group in Yuba City. Kevin began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick and Deloitte, two international assurance, tax, and financial advisory service organizations. He served in the audit function, specializing in health care and financial services with an emphasis in Securities and Exchange Commission and statutory financial reporting clients. His finance career includes roles of increasing responsibility in various industries, including health care, integrated waste, and environmental services and distribution. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from CSU, Chico, and a master's of health administration from Ohio University. Kevin is also a certified public accountant.
