Clinical Rotations

Incoming Students

Enloe Health is excited to help support the education and development of future nurses and respiratory therapists. Welcome to our incoming students.

We look forward to helping you become a knowledgeable and compassionate caregiver.

To complete the onboarding process for students, schools must:

• Download and complete the student access configuration form.
• Complete and submit the online student onboarding form.
• Ensure that the complete student access configuration form is included with the onboarding submission.
• Submit headshots for all new incoming students to ambur.cambern@enloe.org to obtain a badge.

This will ensure your students have access to Enloe Health systems during their clinical rotation.

All required forms must be submitted at least one week before orientation. Student and faculty orientations occur at the start of each semester in August and January.

Incoming Faculty

Welcome, faculty members, to the upcoming clinical rotations. Thank you for your vital role in preparing the next generation of health care professionals.

To prepare for your clinical experience, please:

• Complete and submit the online faculty onboarding form.
• Complete the confidentiality agreement that will be sent via DocuSign following the faculty onboarding form submission. This is required to activate credentials, including Pyxis access.
• Attend the annual faculty meeting in August.

Please note that all required documentation must be completed at least one week before the start of clinical rotations.
