How Will I Get My Specialty Medication?
Your provider will send us a prescription for your specialty medication. We will quickly fill it so you may start treatment as soon as possible. Our team will call you with timely refill reminders to help ensure you have your medication when you need it.
We have two delivery options. You may choose the most convenient option for you. We can mail your medication to your home for free. You may also choose to pick it up from the pharmacy in person.
How Will I Pay for My Specialty Medication?
Specialty medications can be expensive. Our knowledgeable staff is here to help. We will call your insurance provider to confirm your benefits. We will also apply any available federal discounts. If the cost is still too high, then we will research financial assistance programs for you. Once we find eligible options, we will review them with you and help you enroll.
What Type of Care Will I Receive During Treatment?
Our staff is an extension of your care team.
We will educate you on your medication before you start treatment. During this call, we will explain storage and dosage instructions. We will also notify you of any drug interactions and potential side effects. This information will help you know what to expect.
