The staff at Enloe Health & Wellness Primary Care is committed to elevating the health of our communities. 

Currently, we are not accepting new patients. When we do, we will accept patients who live in Butte County and are age 12 or older.

Enloe Health employees and medical staff members living outside of Butte County, and members of their households, are also eligible.

We accept Medicare and most private insurances.

Enloe Health & Wellness Primary Care is located at 1601 Esplanade, Suite 3, in Chico.

To schedule an appointment, call 530-332-7148. We are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed from noon to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday.
