Shannon Smith joined Enloe Health in 2005 as the Nurse Recruiter for Enloe’s Recruiting department. She moved into her first management role in 2008. In 2016, she became the Director of Staff and Physician Recruiting and then the Director of Human Resources in 2020. Shannon became Enloe’s Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer in July 2021.
Shannon has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and graduated from California State University, Chico, with a bachelor’s in social science. She received a master’s in communication from Arizona State.
A member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Shannon lives in Chico with her husband and two children.
