I am an entrepreneur and the founder of Shipley Creations, an interior design and consulting firm that specializes in creative business solutions.
I moved to Chico in 1999, founded a women’s shelter and food bank, and I have been actively involved in the community for many years. Since 2018, I have provided spiritual support and volunteer service at Enloe Health.
I am also a board member for Chico Evening Republican Women and the founder and director of Miss Chico, an academy for young women that nurtures community leaders.
I am a mother of three grown children, and I have six grandchildren. My personal interests include biblical studies, healthy whole foods, running, kayaking and hiking.
