Since 1979, Jolene Francis has enjoyed a professional career in both for-profit and nonprofit industries of Chico. Born at Enloe Health Enloe Medical Center, she feels at home guiding the activities of the Enloe Health Foundation as Enloe Health’s Vice President and Chief Development Officer.
