Caregivers who provide care to pulmonary patients are invited to this educational event.
It will feature speakers on leadership, interventional pulmonology, ventilation and pulmonary disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma.
The event begins at 9:30 a.m. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. Brunch food and beverages will be provided.
Objectives:
- Demonstrate leadership in the workplace through empathy, collaboration, self-awareness and resilience.
- Identify and explain various interventional pulmonology procedures, including their clinical applications and impact on patient outcomes.
- Analyze the pathology and management of severe pulmonary disease and pulmonary emergencies to enhance clinical decision-making in critical care settings.
- Describe and apply proactive treatment strategies for COPD and asthma, promoting improved respiratory health and patient quality of life.
