For your urgent care needs

Some medical injuries don't require a visit to the hospital emergency room. That's why Enloe Medical Center offers two Prompt Care Clinics. Both locations are staffed and equipped to evaluate and treat medical illnesses and injuries that need punctual attention but are not life threatening.

 

Two convenient locations

Our two Prompt Care Clinics have doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants on hand to treat your urgent medical needs, including:

• flu and colds
• cuts
• sore throats
• earaches
• sprains and fractures
• back strains
• bronchitis
• minor burns

 

 

Patients with life-threatening illnesses, such as shortness of breath or chest pain, should call 911 and seek care right away at Enloe's Emergency Department.

 

Prompt Care offers:

• X-ray at both locations
• A pharmacy at the PromptCare at California Park, Monday through Friday and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Both Prompt Care Clinics accept Medicare/MediCal and most forms of medical insurance.

The Prompt Care clinics do not provide ongoing primary care. Instead we treat patients who temporarily do not have a primary care physician, are unable to reach their doctor, or need urgent care without an appointment. Looking for a primary care doctor? Please note these temporary changes in our hours: On Sunday, June 9 the Prompt Care Clinic at Cohasset Road will close at 7:30 p.m. and on Monday, June 10 it will close at 6 p.m.
