Join us for a tour of the new Nettleton Mother & Baby Care Center! This is a great opportunity for you to get pre-admitted, learn our philosophy of care, and discover many inpatient services, such as featured private birthing suites, private couplet care rooms, expanded Level II Special Care Nursery, a lactation area and a large family lounge. Also, gain awareness about our many outpatient services including education for before and after your baby's birth, lactation consultation availability and our Mother & Baby Boutique.

EXCITING EXPECTATIONS & TOUR
If you are dreaming of becoming a mother or just found out that you are pregnant (within first 12 weeks of pregnancy), come to this class and learn how you can give your baby a healthy start to life. Class includes information on good pregnancy nutrition, exercise, stress management and other prenatal care recommendations. We will share services, physicians available to you through Enloe, and tour the new Nettleton Mother & Baby Care Center. Each expectant mother will receive one free tote bag.

SIBLING PREPARATION & FAMILY TOUR
Becoming a sibling is a very special event and we have a class designed for the big brother or sister. This fun and interactive class for 3 to 7 year olds teaches what it's like to have a new baby in the home, what and how babies eat, how they communicate and much more. A brief family tour of the Nettleton Mother & Baby Care Center will follow the class. Children who attend will receive "Our New Baby...and Me!" coloring book and pack of crayons, and parents will receive a booklet titled "Sibling Preparation..A Guide for Parents."

HOMEBIRTH BACKUP TOUR
This tour is for families having a home delivery and planning to use Enloe as backup care if needed. We welcome you to visit Enloe's Nettleton Mother & Baby Care Center for a tour of the unit and learn more about services offered.

PREPARED CHILDBIRTH
This childbirth preparation series of classes is designed to
help expectant mothers and their partners create a positive birth
experience and feel prepared for the care of their newborn and
breastfeeding. The course philosophy is based upon choices that meet individual and family needs including natural breathing and relaxation
techniques, as well as pain management options. All classes
are taught by our highly trained Registered Nurse Instructors. The Prepared Childbirth classes are held one evening per
week, on Tuesdays or Wednesdays,
for five consecutive weeks or over a weekend.
Prepared Childbirth Complete Package Cost: $125 per couple.

Unless otherwise specified, pre-registration with payment is required for all classes. Classes do fill up quickly, therefore early pre-registration is recommended. Please pre-register for Prepared Childbirth classes during your fifth month of pregnancy.
