Assessments
Assessments for Behavioral Health are free, and can be conducted
twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. They typically last
about an hour, and are conducted by a qualified clinician, such
as a nurse or social worker.
Enloe Medical Center will ask applicants for their name, address,
social security number, and insurance information. We will also
ask the name of the physician who referred them, and how they knew
to contact us to receive an assessment. Our goal is to gather as
much information as possible about the applicants' mental state,
such as any signs of depression or other mental health indicators.
Applicants may feel free to bring along family members of friends
for support, and they may remain throughout the assessment, if desired. Assessments can be scheduled by calling 800.560.5900 or
