Sleep Apnea Support Group – Topic: Diagnosis of Sleep Apnea: What information is gathered?

7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Enloe HomeCare, 1390 East Lassen Ave., Chico. The speaker will be Robyn Titus, RRT. American Sleep Apnea Association’s A.W.A.K.E (Alert Well And Keeping Energetic) is a local educational and social mutual help support group for people affected by sleep apnea. Come to the support group and meet other people affected by sleep apnea. It is a good place to see new equipment and talk with others in our community regarding therapy and its various treatments. Enloe Pillars for Prevention, a free monthly drop-by community wellness program

9 a.m. to noon, Enloe Outpatient Center, Building C, Classroom A, 888 Lakeside Village Commons. Free and open to the public on the first Friday of each month, this program is devoted to the promotion of healthy living and the prevention of illness and disease. Includes: understanding your Body Mass Index (BMI), improving your diet, cholesterol testing coupons, blood pressure screening, stress reduction techniques and more.
