Fatigue, chemo brain, difficulty sleeping, issues with self-image — cancer treatment can cause physical changes and side-effects that are challenging for patients and caregivers. Whether side effects are short-term or long-term, addressing them is an important part of improving your quality of life. Guest Speaker Tammy White, Family Nurse Practitioner, Enloe Hematology/Oncology, will address some of the problems common to people wherever they may be in the cancer journey. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers, and participants will have time to share their own experience and helpful tips in small groups. For more information, call (530) 332-3856.
